Dr Omar Grech, author of Human Rights and the Northern Ireland Conflict, 1921-2014 will summarise the arguments in his book and other speakers will then state what they deem the unionist and nationalist positions on human rights to be. There will then be a Q&A session chaired by Prof Brice Dickson.
