Accredited Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI) Awareness Training

This training aims to build understanding and confidence in creating inclusive and respectful environments for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Participants will learn key concepts related to LGBTQIA+ identities, explore the impact of bias and discrimination, and develop practical strategies for allyship and inclusive communication.

The session encourages open discussion, challenges stereotypes, and provides tools to support inclusion in the workplace, education, and community settings.
